Consumer Information (UK/EU summary – Non-contractual)

Last updated: 20 January 2026

Platform operator: Hypha Technologies Ltd (Company No. 16665133, England & Wales), 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

Marketplace role: Hypha operates a technology platform that enables independent creators ("Creators") to offer digital video content to viewers ("Viewers"). Hypha is not the seller or supplier of Creator Content. When you unlock paid content, the licence for that content is granted by the Creator directly to you. Hypha provides the platform, access control, and on-chain payment routing.

Contract language: English. Eligibility: The Service is 18+ only.

Main characteristics of the Service: video hosting and streaming via the Hypha platform. Creators may offer free or paid access to videos. Paid access grants a time-limited or lifetime licence to stream the content through the Service only (no downloads unless explicitly stated).

Prices & taxes: Prices for paid content are set by Creators and displayed in USDC. Any reference to “USD” is for convenience only and does not imply fiat payment. Hypha does not calculate, collect, or remit consumer taxes on behalf of Creators. Your wallet provider or blockchain network may charge transaction or network fees.

Payment method: Payments are made directly by you from your own Solana-compatible wallet using USDC. Transactions are initiated and signed by you and recorded on the blockchain. Hypha does not custody funds, process fiat payments, or store payment credentials.

Delivery & performance: Digital content is supplied immediately after blockchain confirmation of an unlock transaction. Streaming is provided through the Service only. Access duration depends on the access type offered by the Creator (e.g. 24-hour, 30-day, lifetime).

Technical requirements & interoperability: A Solana-compatible wallet, a stable internet connection, and a modern, up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). JavaScript and essential cookies must be enabled. Streaming quality depends on your device and connection.

Withdrawal & refunds (UK/EU consumers):

  • Digital content unlocks: By initiating an unlock, you request immediate supply of digital content. Once access begins, your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost, as permitted by applicable consumer law. This does not affect your mandatory rights relating to faulty digital content.
  • Blockchain payments: Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Hypha cannot cancel, reverse, or refund on-chain payments. Creators are not required to offer refunds unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Access failures: If a confirmed unlock does not grant access due to a technical issue attributable to Hypha, contact support@hypha.tv with the transaction signature and content URL. Available remedies are limited to restoring access, extending access time, or providing equivalent access.

Complaints: Contact support@hypha.tv. Unresolved issues may be escalated to legal@hypha.tv.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider in your country. Hypha does not commit to participate in ADR but will inform you, on a durable medium, whether we agree to ADR for a specific dispute.

Legal rights: This summary does not affect your non-waivable statutory consumer rights for digital content under applicable UK/EU law, including remedies where digital content is defective or not as described.
